Are Kpop dances good for losing weight.

I want to lose weight over the summer, and I thought a good way to exercise is to do Kpop dances about 2 hours a day.

 

If so, can you recommend a list of dances

If you want a body like SNSD do:


 


10 reps of gee,


10 reps of Genie,


10 reps of run devil run,


Per day


 


If you want an extra workout make sure you include hyoyeon's dance breaks.


If you're feeling a bit lazy pretend you're a vocalist and do the taeyeon/jessica version.

Gg dances are good if your a starter and just want to raise your heartbeat a bit, but if you really want to sweat it out try bg dances. You don't have to get it perfect, just basically following along to it will get you sweating

 

I tried it during the winter, while stuck at home With nothing to do. If you constantly do it couple of hrs everyday with a healthy diet, the weight will start to drop. How fast tho depends on how much you weigh and how strictly you follow this routine
