yeah. and this is coming from someone who really doesn't like fanfiction lmao

someone linked me to a captain america (mcu?) fanfic on ao3 and it was so well thought-out -- the story structure, the plot twists, etc.

i was so impressed haha

Harry Potter :

1. The Alkahest by Shadukiam

2. Sometimes You've Got To Bleed To Know by jump-the-gunn

I don't like Twilight canon, but some Twilight fanfics are seriously good.

Some that i can recall off the top of my head :

1. The Age of Innocence by Pattyrose

2. Seventeen Minutes by Queenofthenile91

3. Emma Mathews by Anton M

4.Rescue to Release by Bower-of-bliss

yes.

i've read entries in the star wars expanded universe and those are all just giant published fanfictions.

but if you're taking about kpop ones, then no way in hell.

i've seen a scattered handful of decent writers who had enough promise that they might be able to right publishable content.

but the vast majority of them aren't even good enough to be journalists for AKP.

people seem to think that because they're good by comparison to other fanfiction writers they are actually good at writing... but that's like saying your friend could be a professional singer because he/she is fun at karaoke.
