I partially digress with the music video setting, as I'm already finding the pattern a tad repetitive already. But the dancing always compensates for that, so....

They retired as performers of EXILE (TRIBE) in December 2015.

I'm not really sure abt Akira, but your theory sounds feasible.

Kenchi is the appointed frontman of THE SECOND, though.

They stepped down as members last year, but are still with LDH. HIRO (who stepped down in 2013) is still the leader.

Are they going to start including THE RAMPAGE in  EXILE TRIBE videos? SInce their name is THE RAMPAGE from EXILE TRIBE. ALthought i don't know how that will work, THE RAMPAGE looks like they are a 20 member group, and having 20 additional members on top of the current exile tribe is going to be insane

The instrumental is the theme from Mortal Kombat. (A fighting game originally made by Midway for those who don't know. I think Warner Brothers holds the rights these days.)

They haven't officially debuted yet, so nor anytime soon. After they do, who knows? They have 16 members, not 20.
