How do you think this Mandarin/Korean song would fare in Korea?

EDIT, NVM, by law he's Taiwanese.... what kind of law is that?

iirc, his father is Taiwanese his mom is Korean but he was born in a time when Korean women can't pass on their citizenship to their children which makes him Taiwanese by law i think SK women can pass on rights of citizenship to their children now

despite this he grew up in South Korea until highschool which was difficult because he didn't have access to social services like healthcare and education (he had to pay for those)

this is if i remember correctly, i might be wrong

he's a soloist singing ballads, i think because of this, he's very suited for the mando market.

he might have some positive vibes in the korean market...but i don't think he's strong enough to make a major impact

i'm thinking this kind of music will do amazingly well digitally if it was part of a hit drama's OST or if it gets played in a widely watched TV show randomly

If I'm not wrong, it actually is an OST for a Taiwanese drama. Bromance if I'm not wrong. And he's in it too ^^

K-pop? Then Bii has to dance and 'jump' a bit aka jumping bunnies (KR female groups). He will fare better in Mando market with his ballads.
