I heard he's making a comeback with a new show in September after his wife gives birth.I've never been a RM fan and I've never consistently watched the show. He only other slow of his that I've seen subbed was the safety one on KBS, which I also didn't watch. So no, I'm not that familar with him. Wait - is this legit? I loved him on x-man. He was good, but he got in trouble twice and ran away to Hong Kong or somewhere thereabouts. I heard them finally say his actual name for the first time since then just recently on Radio Star (and Gura likes to reference him). It's he really coming back? He's not in legal trouble anymore? Appearing on KB would be hype AF, considering the cast members still remember him, and he used to be Sang Min's group member anyway. It was the shortest hiatus in Korean entertainment history. The Korean public really loved him and he was one of the most likable celebrities out there. He apologized and promised not to gamble again. 5 years later, he missed a recording without any warning. A news outlet reported that he was caught gambling in the Philippines. He criticized the media for spreading lies and posted a picture of himself "suffering from dengue fever". That photo was completely staged. Hospital employees stated that he was simply resting and that he never went through any treatment. He was stuck in the Philippines because he lost all his money and passport through gambling. He acted like he was sick at the airport when he returned to Korea too. (cr. Mkatter.) He was also sued by a trainee he was mentoring, having asked for 100,000 to make him famous. The guy is a gambling addict, and addicts do all sorts of questionable things in order to continue their habit. I just really hope he got help for his addiction so that he doesn't hurt anyone else. He has already done enough damage. But shout out to Sanmin's mom who said something like "you know about Roo'ra" when talking about being worried about her son. If Shin Junghwan really does return, let's hope that 1 - he is no longer doing anything shady and 2 - he guests on KB because you know they will go in on him and it would be glorious. If not then the 20's to 40's were really the best looking back at it imo. Plus they have the start of a lot of the inside jokes.
