Oh yes, I forgot to post this, SO I went to the screening on Sunday at NYC. Had my penlight and extra glow sticks ready to chant!

Mind you I'm the type that keeps my fandom a bit low key, but since I was inside a theater with other fans I felt it was like a safe haven haha. As I got to the perfect seat viewing I and everyone else got situated getting the penlights ready, as soon as the girls appeared on the screen the crowd started to cheer. Finally got to see the subunits, and they wore the costumes like the cover it was soo surreal!

Out the 3, I really liked Azalea and Guilty Kiss songs, but damnnnnnn when Guilty Kiss appeared and Strawberry Trapper started everyone stood up and roared, I stood to chant for Guilty Kiss, Guilty Night haha.

 

Mijiku Dreamer costumes were super cute, when it came time for the Omoi yo Hitotsu ni nare everyone in the theater switched the color to sakura pink knowing what had happened during the 2nd day of Aqours first live. (They only screened day 1)

Everyone including myself yelled out Rikyako in support, there was a go-pro angled towards her from the piano and even on day1 her nervousness was evident, taking deep breathes and laser focused on hitting the keys and once it was over her hands were shaking. Anyone who believes it's fake is rather cynical. when JP people mess up they really put themselves down, I doubt she'd want to do that in a such a big arena.

 

Anyways, I loved the concert, it was fun and I would totally see another one, I was hoping Daydream Warrior would be preformed, but nope next time. Also y'all excited for season 2 in the fall????!!

 

I think exactly the same. We don't really understand how the feeling of failure and shame affects Japanese people since it's a completely different culture! But she seemed really scared, I'm so sorry for her but also proud that she ended up doing good!

 

HELL YES I'M EXCITED!

 

But I'm too anxious and it's difficult for me to watch ongoing series, I might wait until all episodes are released and then watch them in one sitting

I spent 150 gems trying to get the new Dia UR and I had 3 single SR pulls

I feel this, I once saw someone scout 3 times in the Umi box for the step up, and they got an Umi UR every pull - barely any reaction...... While I'd just get a 1 SR ;(

It's hard for me to get love gems as a Free player now that i max bonded ever N card so I'm saving my gems... I still could get Rock Nico with normal LP and no gem waste but it was really tiring cause I had alarms for every time my LP was full... so yeah I totally get you. I'm either saving my gems for Nico's BD solobox (h o p e f u l l y) or an event that I really like.

Yeah when trying to tier I felt so tired and such of the same song especially when it's a token event... I realised I wasted soomg many gems. I play casual and stock up gems from login, bdays and maintenance. I hope for game screw ups sometimes... Lol

 

Also that shrine maiden Dia is sooo cuteeee

Prolly late answer by now, but from what I've gathered it's basically just a grind. You unlock areas by clearing requirements for them. Like I.e area 5 you need  to get 25k event points and wait until 4/10 for it to unlock.
