If you're talking ottermode toned, then, yeah, it's achievable doing bodyweight exercises, but don't expect any major gains. Get your diet in check. Invest in a body weight scale, food weight scale, and a body fat % caliper. Find out your TDEE(How many calories you need to eat per day), and then focus on your goal at the time, such as, if you want to cut or bulk. If you want to cut, simply eat less calories than your TDEE, and if you want to bulk eat more calories than your TDEE. A good estimation of your TDEE is to find out your body weight in lbs and multiply that by 14-15. This is your maintenance. If you want to cut, take your body weight x 10-12, and this is the range of calories you should eat per day. To bulk, take your body weight x 16-18, and this range is the amount of calories you should eat per day. If you want to be more accurate, visit this place, and go from there. http://scoobysworkshop.com/accurate-calorie-calculator/Eat mostly healthy, cut out fast food/junk food, don't fall for the spot reduction myth, eat a lot of protein, carbs are not bad for you, neither is healthy fat, don't fall for diet fad/broscience memes, etc.

No problem, mate. Then just eat at maintenance and work out. If you're a beginner, you can go into recomp for a little while, which is literally gaining muscle while losing fat. Eventually, you will have to jump on the winter and summer bulk/cut cycles, though, if you want more muscle mass.

One thing would be to get your arms toned and other to gain volume. So if you just want to gain a little bit of strength and toning your arms you can achieve that with just push-ups but with this stuff you need to be constant and have some sort of plan or guidance.  Going to a gym it's not for all people but at the same time there are people who feel more motivated by going to one instead of exercising by themselves.
