ohhh highschool days..

for AP lit actually read the books. You may be tempted not to. Especially if it's Heart of Darkness or something and it's completely awful BUT READ IT ANYWAY because as miserable as reading Heart of Darkness was, writing an essay about it was even worse having only read the first 30 pages : (

as for AP Econ, I found Micro much more interesting (and easier) than Macro, and if I could re-do highschool I wouldn't have wasted my time with Macro because it wasn't required.

I liked AP Gov, too, but that was mostly thanks to my teacher. So those weren't really tips at all.

Next semester I'm taking 400/500 level painting studios, a lithography class, history of modern painting and a theater makeup class because #electives.

The painting life is getting stale, though. Should have done architecture. but that's what grad school is for.

Finance, Information Systems, and Physics.

For those classes

AP Lit: Don't skip out on readings.

AP Econ: I only took macro, but practice a lot of graphs.

AP Stats: Just get the basic concepts down. Stats is easy if you understand the core concepts

I'll be in my final year of engineering so I'll be taking this design course. Busy busy busy.

and lol AP Lit, I remember BS-ing half of that stuff back in high school but for sure read the books and practice essay writing while timing yourself. Always important to properly pace yourself and plan how you're going to articulate yourself. I usually "semi-edit" my next two sentences in my head so final editing afterwards won't take too long. Good luck!

Lol I read a grand total of a half a page of Heart of Darkness and KILLED my essay just having studied Shmoop and Sparknotes

The key is to study the themes and symbols and shit as well as having a basic idea of the plot

Rn I'm taking Microeconomics and Non-Calculus Stats II

Fall :

Intro to Mental Health and Disease

Intro to Research Methods in Neuroscience

Biological Foundations of Behaviour

Latin I

Medieval and Early Modern Past

Winter :

Intro to Stats in Neuroscience

Social Interactions and Mental Health

Psychopharmacology

Latin II

Sampling Methodology

Fun times ahead :imstupid:

calculus, both integral and differential. Pray for me everyone.

People over-exaggerate the difficulty of Calc tbh. Just don't skip lectures, do your work, and you'll be more than fine. Calc II was my second favourite class of all my college life.

Unless you have a professor who gives a single (simple & easy) example for each topic and discusses like 5 different topics in one meeting. Don't forget the extremely difficult quiz he dares to give us which we've never heard or saw even in the books he provided (which also takes him like an hour to actually solve a single problem that he provided, not even exaggerating here) :imstupid:  I'm extremely jealous of people who have great lecturers tbh.
