How to recover Gmail account without mobile phone number?

My mom forgot her password. I tried to help her by using "Forgot my password" option, but Gmail said they would send the code to my mom's registered mobile phone number. However, she just moved to another country so that number is not available anymore. I then chose the "Device not available" option, but then it asked me about when my mom registered this account. She doesn't remember when.

She asked me to do all these things for her because she is not good at using computer. But now I can't solve this problem.

Is there any way I could recover her account without all of these information?

Does your mom have a backup email? You can use that instead of a phone to get access. 

 

And she should be able to get access if she answers the security questions she set when she registered unless the security question is the date she created her account? 

 

 

If she doesn't have a backup email or a phone, and she can't answer the questions, then I don't think it's possible to get the account back.

Sadly, she does not have a backup email account, and she doesn't remember the answer to security question xD Thanks for replying anyway

• When was the last time you were able to sign in to your Google Account? (Required)
• When did you create your Google Account? (Required)
• Time when you created gmail account

        (you can get time by search your mom profile in google plus page. 

          reach at end page of the google plus profile and note the date of google plus page creation.

          google plus create by default after creation gmail)

 

• Email addresses of up to five frequently emailed contacts

 

• Name of up to four labels (you can use common phases that your mom can use to mail your family and friends)

 

• Other Google products you use (use common apps like google plus, android, gmail, calendars etc) Month and date can be same as your android login
• enter your new recovery mail

 

You done !! Enjoy your gmail account. It same like write an exam . I did this and hacked my friend's account because I know little bit about him and who he can mail.
