Have you had dreams that came true?

I have and it was the dream that someone died and some close relative. (Remember guys the thread post I made a few months agap?) After a month or so, my dream became true and my deceased grandmother's brother died. He was found on his bed, died on his sleep. I actually thought he would make it for a year or so because his wife was more in a critical condition than him.

Now what dream(s) have you had that came true?

im so jealous lol can anyone tell me how i can remember my dreams

i never remember

i can probably count on my hand how many times i woke up remembering a dream smh

Honestly, it's all about how much sleep you get. When I get my typical 5~ hours of sleep, I never remember having dreams. When I sleep in on weekends I almost always have dreams, because I'm just laying there trying to catch up on sleep and since I already have gotten 8+ hours, those sessions are mostly REM sleep.

At the beginning of a night, your sleep cycles contain a LOT of stage 4 (deep deep) sleep and hardly any REM (dreaming) sleep.  Stage 4 is most of what you need to feel rested and to allow your body/brain to do whatever it does during sleep to make you functional. Then as those "tasks" (whatever they are) get completed, sleep cycles contain less and less deep sleep and more dreaming-sleep.

A lot of the reason I sleep in on weekends is because I'm having fantastic dreams and want to make them continue, so instead of getting up when I wake up I force myself to fall back asleep until I just can't anymore. I used to have a lot more dreams when my sleep schedule was more regular with ~7 hours, instead of my current 5ish.

Some of this might not exactly be scientific fact, but most of it is generally true and it lines up with my personal experiences.

I had a two separate dreams that two of my sisters died in a car crash on two separate nights. I woke up in the middle of the night both times and started rebuking the dream (I'm christian and my mom always tells me when I have dreams like that to rebuke them in the name of Jesus) then, I don't know how many month later, but it was some time after and I forgot that I ever had such a dream. I got a sudden call from my mom telling me that both my sisters were in a car crash on the same day. I was so shocked and worried, I asked if they were okay, and she told me that the cars were wrecked but they both came out okay and were at the hospital.

There are other occasions with my dreams as well.
