Nominees/Winners for 55th Japan Record Awards Announced + Yuzu's "LAND" chosen as Album of the Year

Today, TBS revealed the list of nominees (and winners) for each category of the Japan Record Awards, one of the biggest award shows in Japanese music.  In addition, they also confirmed that this year's Album of the Year is Yuzu's "LAND", beating out other releases like Sakanaction's "sakanaction" and Kyary Pamyu Pamyu's "Nanda Collection".

I suspect that AKB wont bow out if they win this year, as for Exile I think they are going for the award this year as a tribute to Hiro.

People are saying Exile is going to win this year because the award has been getting a lot of shit for letting AKB win twice, people are bashing on the validity of the award.

But lbr, like them or not, KFC is the biggest song in Japan this year and it would make no sense if they don't win.
