Seolhyun's 1 meal a day diet discussed on JTBC show

Recommended Posts

So this show has a segment where it was revealed that Seolhyun was asked by a LOTJ member Lee Hoon about what she ate + she revealed that she ate a lil chicken and boiled sweet potatoes for the whole day....and they discussed how she was 60kg before her current 48kg weight.... :imstupid:

One on hand, get dat random af promo, on the other hand...young people with body image issues might replicate it....

Well you can call borderline anorexia a "diet" i guess :imstupid:....i feels so bad for these celebs that this one meal a day diet is a thing. I hope she's just exaggerating for variety. Her curvy body is already more preferable than stick thin

Not gonna lie I'm almost considering either only one meal a day or eating just like a bird at each meal because everything else didn't work

I think female idols should work out more than doing these crazy diets

I think probably part of it is that they don't want to gain muscle either.

Well at least she's honest about it, I quite admire that. Most female k-pop stars (as well as fans) would have said "I just can't gain weight!" "I don't really diet" or some other dumb crap.

Her diet sounds horrendous. It is at most maybe 400 calories. That is a very quick way to get significant health problems; both in the short and long term.

Even if she really is subsisting on this kind of extreme diet (which I doubt she is), she shouldn't share it in my opinion. It's a very bad influence to other idols and young women who might take it at face value and copy her.
