Say one (or a few) good things about an idol or group you don't care for :)

For me, I have no strong affinities for Red Velvet and tbh I was surprised when I found out they came back just recently. I was shocked!

Anyway for me RV doesn't remind of an SM cookie cutter type of idol group. They remind me more of so of indie type of bands especially with their very quirky and out of this world music and their concepts. They are very outlandish and they greatly stand out.

Another thing is that solidifies that comparison is that their sales and popularity do not match that of your average SM group, but more so of indie bands. Which imo is a nice change for once

Yeah before I used to think they just copied Bigbang esp seeing all the topics being made about them plagiarizing, but honestly that thought flew out the window when I gave their albums a listen. Their music is very different from Bigbang and that's a good thing

People don't give BTS enough credit, their music is really good

I like this, keep up the positivity! iKON has really nice ballads/mid-temp songs and I really like B.I's flow. Also, G-Friend's Sin B is extremely pretty, their choreography and synchronization is on-point and their songs become more and more likable each time you listen.

 

Edit: Twice's Jungyeon is beautiful and her live vocals are amazing. Idk why she doesn't have many lines/fans, but Twice's lucky to have her.

TWICE has some pretty members, and Like Ooh-Ahh is pretty addictive.

 

f(x)'s I Am The Best has some really epic outfits.  I love the spikes and stuff like that.  It makes me wish that it was generally accepted for girl groups to do things other than "cute" and "sexy"...

 

Even though I hate the song and have no affinities for the group, it is impossible to not jam out to and keep listening to BIGBANG's Fantastic Baby.  And also, anyone who thinks Taeyang and Daesung don't look AMAZING in Fantastic Baby is wrong.  I hate tattoos and piercings but even I know that Taeyang looks like a god.

 

GFRIEND has great choreography coordination.

-Red Velvet had this elaborate choreo for their ballad song, I dropped my jaw when I finally watched one of the performances. It was really shocking that it was for a ballad, where most artists would just stand on stage, that was a really well made choreo.

-F(x) literally resuscitated from the dead with 4 Walls (song/dance), and it became like the 2nd most selling song in the whole SM, from what I've read.
