My iPhone 6s does not show up on my PC or iTunes

I am using a Windows PC, and I already checked Device Manager but it does not show up there either. I also reset both my PC and iPhone but that did not solve. I am pretty sure my iTunes is up to date.

Was it because I synced my iPhone with another PC last week? I chose 'Erase and Sync' so the songs I synced with this PC I'm using were deleted. Is that why this PC does not recognize my iPhone anymore?

Edit: nevermind. it just appeared on my PC just now haha. Thank you all for the replies!!

Me too, i already tried everything but it didn't work, now I can't transfer songs anymore

Do you use any antivirus? Uninstall it, restart. Disabling it isn't always effective. Completely uninstall all Apple and iTunes components then restart, do it in the order listed: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204275. Reinstall iTunes.

Create another admin account and install iTunes on that profile and try from there.

Reset the lockdown folder: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203887

Try everything I didn't mention that is listed on this article:

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204095

Lastly, try from another PC or Mac (Macs preferably since they generally have less things on the computer that blocks the connection, this problem is much more prevelant on PCs often due to antivirus, firewalls, or other programs that can change or modify incoming connections or components they rely on.) if it works on an alternate PC or Mac, your PC is the problem. If the same issue exists on the new PC or Mac, the iOS device is the issue (or the cable you are using - try another cable too if you haven't, preferably an Apple branded one)
