What a badass bitch

What everybody here is failing to realize is that he may have gotten "served", but she could get served with community service or even jail time if he chose to press charges, and she gave the police all the evidence they needed to convict her by making that post. The fact that his real name and face were spread around on the internet in relation to this would guarantee her a harsher sentence, too.

Moral of the story: idiots attract.

Edit: downvote me all you want, you know it's the truth. She assaulted him because he said something she didn't like. She deserves the jail time.

Firstly they would need physical evidence and if he ate the evidence it'd be impossible to find and convict the Girl of any crimes plus the Jury would look at the mitigating and aggravating factors and he really doesn't do himself any favours now does he? Who said she was the one spread it? It's not her fault he was acting like a misogynist little fuck and somebody happened to capture the glorious moment that he got what deserved.

It's anything but assault.

Down voting you because you're blabbing illogical bullshit.

Considering that juries are put under oath to uphold the law objectively based on the evidence, I'm pretty sure every jury would convict. Misogyny might be lame, but it's not against the law-- assault is.

"the sandwich was fucking delicious" - indication that he consumed it.

"i spat on it" and "i put laxatives in" - public confession of her crimes (they're both illegal, though the latter would be treated much more seriously).

Facebook posts are considered evidence in court.

It doesn't matter if she's the one who spread it or not, the fact of the matter is that it got spread, which would cause emotional distress to him and earn her a harsher sentence. It doesn't matter whether or not he "deserved" it, what he did was not illegal and what she did was.

Laws > feels.

Facebook comments are not considered as evidence wtf are you talking about? It has to be a 100% valid and posting a comment on facebook saying that you did so and so does not equal to being evidence she could have been joking, have you thought of that?

OH DARLING YOU SEEM TO KNOW NOTHING about mitigating or aggravating factors, I beg you google it bc I ain't got the time of the day to be explaining it to you. I can assure you that the Jury would stick by the Girl and would hardly give her a sentence over something so so trivial plus when they look at the aggravating factors it'll help the jury decide make up their own mind. Feelings are brought upon law and there have been several cases where people have been found guilty because of their misogyny so i honestly don't know where you're taking this. I've studied law for about year, I think I know my shit.
