The fact that his real name and face were spread around on the internet in relation to this would guarantee her a harsher sentence, too. Moral of the story: idiots attract. Edit: downvote me all you want, you know it's the truth. She assaulted him because he said something she didn't like. She deserves the jail time. It has to be a 100% valid and posting a comment on facebook saying that you did so and so does not equal to being evidence she could have been joking, have you thought of that? OH DARLING YOU SEEM TO KNOW NOTHING about mitigating or aggravating factors, I beg you google it bc I ain't got the time of the day to be explaining it to you. I can assure you that the Jury would stick by the Girl and would hardly give her a sentence over something so so trivial plus when they look at the aggravating factors it'll help the jury decide make up their own mind. Feelings are brought upon law and there have been several cases where people have been found guilty because of their misogyny so i honestly don't know where you're taking this.
