By right, the owner should cover the expenses of maintenance of air con or discount from the rental like how the previous owner did to my previous renting place But that dicky cheapskate says that he will not cover any expenses and all the air cons and circuits that are old (which is more than 10 years old) means that they should replace. But two months ago, he plays favoritism and decided to foot the expenses of the head tenant's air con by changing it to newer model. That fucking asshole if I see him again I'll break him I can't believe my mother is still friends with him on facebook he's a womanizer all his pics are him at some bar with different women they're probably escorts because just by looking at him you'd know he can't get any ugly fucker I hate him.
