I dont know how old Somi is exactly but I know for sure she is underaged (15-16?) and it is shocking to see this kind of scene considering her age. There are other members (who are not underaged) who have sex appeal in IOI and could have shot that scene but Somi is constantly sexualized. I dont understand why they feel the need to use Somi for that scene when shes not legal yet. Is it how they plan on attracting uncle fans??? And its not the first time Ive seen this happening. Remember this article from the lattest issue of High cut? They wrote an article comparing the members of IOI to some of the trendiest female idols right now. Well Somi and Seolhyun were put together. I initially thought this was because of the center position (Seolhyun center in AOA, Somi center in IOI) but nope, turns it was for another reason... Rough trans : Even at a young age the physical body is no joke. Wherever they go, the barbie-class body always attracts the attention of their surrounding. Behind the scenes, they give off a charming, ethereal vibe. This is incredibly creepy and gross considering Somi is still a minor. Yet some of her fans on Twitter didnt understand what was really going on in this article (or they understood but rather praised Somi body despite the obvious sexualization...) I mean there is nothing wrong with saying Somi has a really good built but in that particular article, they were obviously sexualizing her...associating her with Seolhyun, saying their bodies "attract" their surrounding. It is honestly wrong and I cant understand why some of her fans would praise something like this, especially while being fully aware of her age. Thoughts? Im saying this is not something Somi stans should be proud about, considering Somi is actually sexualized, not "praised the right way" if you want. If they meant to show her climbing, they wouldnt have shown that scene more than once (the cleavage part I mean) and I brought up Somi since Im more familiar with her as opposed to Pinky (I put the high cut article as an example) but ofc what they did with Pinky is just as wrong.
