Lol more then half these users here weren't into Kpop back then so not many people now the true impact of omona

 

Hell one of my favorite Kpop sites is named after it lol

I was into Kpop back then, but I wasn't as an active fan as I am now to know about omona. 2011 was when I actually started paying attention to Kpop news and immersing myself more into the Kpop fandom instead of just casually listening to the music.

shashasha is a recent quote

 

but it has become korean trending among idols, medias ,etc.

 

it is not a comparison to be taken so seriously zzz fk off

Also omona was huge because of the iconic expression sohee does with it

 

Shashasha is trending because of the sana's actual pronunciation of the word....

 

Back in the day idols would copy sohee's expression...now they just type sana's lyrics

 

So there's a bit of difference between the two phrases
