I talk to psychiatrists IRL, how about you do the same, instead of asking random people on a kpop forum. firefly3 240 Posted May 5, 2016 Share Posted May 5, 2016 If you need a psychiatrist, you have to see one, because they're the ones who diagnose mental disorders. They have to personally check you and run through some tests and all of that. Edit: If you need some sort of counseling, your friends are your psychologist for free.
