Bullies: Remedies Institutions Should Use?

What do you think schools, work & extracurricular organizations should do about the bullies that abound within their purview?

CCTV cameras. Management and teachers should be more responsible of identifying and stopping any form of bullying. Don't just depend on evidence alone, since its often difficult to prove, just get to the root problem, warn them and monitor the situation. Encourage a professional atmosphere at work. Often people who get too chatty at work, get more into gossip and bullying. Also, this is just me, but do not hire the very very outgoing, competitive and dominant types. These are never good in any workplace, I always find they either abuse their authority, or form cliques. Reward and acknowledge all their employees, not just particular people. Schools, companies should remind people that they also have a duty to protect others being bullied and not side with the bully. So, more anti-bullying campaigns and the effects of it.
