on the the PENTAGON instagram last time, when they were having a photoshoot with OT10, do u know what that was for?

if it was for an official photoshoot, maybe that means it will remain OT10 

 

i  just pray that shinwon's elimination is scripted 

 

I'm actually surprised he isn't popular too. His likes are so low compared to the rest of the members. The likes has always more or less been Jinhongseok > Yeo One/Shinwon > Kino/Yuto/Yanan/Hui > E'dawn > Wooseok. Other than Jinhongseok, it seems like the popular members in Korea are Yeo One/Shinwon/Kino while internationally, it seems like it's Yan An + maknae line. I might be wrong tho.

 

Probably for their profile shots or sth since the one where they were wearing white outfits seem to be the one for the most recent profile shots they took. We still haven't gotten any pics for when they were in suits so hopefully we get that soon.

 

I do hope that photoshoot means OT10 indeed but we will see. If it's for their album then we all know the elimination is just a scripted gimmick to get some drama and possibly for higher views.

Just a question, but which options do you think is less logical?

 

1) The fact that Shinwon was really eliminated on the 12th June, so Mnet already planned a set of 3 teams (with 3 members each) to perform this Sunday - with Kino, Hongseok, Yeo One, Yanan, Hui, Edawn, Jinho, Yuto, Wooseok (9 people).

 

or

 

2) The fact that now Kino won't join this Sunday performance, because shit goes down, now Shinwon is back, and he's gonna perform in one of those teams. (btw Kino already fill up his pentagraph, but poor Kino fans lolol)

I just hope that Hongseok will perform this Saturday and Sunday (25 & 26 June). Can't wait

I still want 10 tho... although right now I'm just being indifferent and just awaiting for the final verdict. Well, the fans can cause chaos (not really, that's extreme lol) tomorrow at the venue and make some sort of event or project to make a statement to Cube that they want OT10 coz at least now they know about the eliminations and the possibility of not getting OT10.

 

Also some fans are still hopeful for OT10 coz apparently the poster or cardboard a member was wearing said 10 members. Also, I heard Hui (?) said that depending on the turnout rate tomorrow, they may debut as 10? /not sure

The good thing about having a show before an actual debut is actually having a lot of fansite masters already around to support and easier access for new fans coz there are fantakens already available during debut. lol

I knew he had some good dance skills in him. Hopefully we get to see more of that during tomorrow's broadcast.

 

So their weak dancers seem to be Hongseok, Shinwon and Yan An only right?

he has a good chance of being eliminated. team kino are rumoured to be be doing jaypark momma which isn't really down hongseok Street. (he will probably just sing the hook) and he is with two of pentagon's best dancers, seok dance will stick outp..plus e'dawn rap isn't to many people liking so team kino could lose. so it could happen I guess.

 

Isn't that weird tho coz I'm sure they already filmed the results from last week (it seems like they film this Saturday usually) which means.... technically their team has 2 confirmed members, Kino and Hongseok. But hey I guess the show can bend the rules if they want anw. They can sth like if you lose or do badly, we will take your confirmation away from you and give it to Shinwon LOL and then all Hongseok fans will literally burn Cube's building down and their own weapon has turned on them 

edit: Worthy to note tho... all performance teams Hongseok was part of never won lol

Hehe you should as well take into consideration that Jinho was in the other team ^^

 

But both of them were in the same team for tomorrow's battle yet they lost. I heard the team who wins get to have the nominated member to be eliminated exempted from elimination? Nothing against Hongseok tho before anyone attacks me, just an observation which I thought was interesting.

 

Their weak dancers are the 3 newcomers: Hongseok, Jinho and Yan An ^^;

 

Yuto and Wooseok were pretty new too, but they are good at dancing.

The other 5 have been training for a while ^^.

 

So if Shinwon is eliminated, Pentagon will be 9 members group, just like EXO lol.

Even EXO has like 3 members who can't really dance, so I guess it's totally fine if the total members are 9 lol.

 

Like if you look at twitter, all the EXO-L will be like "Baekhyun never follow the correct choreography lol" and post all these videos and gifs of Baekhyun dancing differently xD

 

I don't think Jinho is a weak dancer tho. From the bits I saw in his Sorry perf, he was actually good. Not dancer level but he definitely has done well with regards to dance training in SM's dungeon imo. Someone who isn't that good or confident with freestyle but good at executing choreography.

 

LOL I remembered you were kinda confident that's it's going to be 10 in the end. Why the sudden welcome of 9 member Pentagon? And I don't mind weak dancers, I stan Beast where everyone executes the choreography way differently from each other and they have 2 weak dancers. It's a non-issue to me. Just pointed it out coz the episode for Pentagon Produce had Yeo One included so I thought he was kinda bad even if he did execute the choreography well in their mission so he exceeded my low expectations of his skills basically.

Kino, Hongseok & E'dawn > Jay Park - Mommae

Yuto, Wooseok & Jinho > Block B - Very Good

Hui, Yeo One & Yan An > Zion T. - Eat

has anyone else noticed that Pentagon maker views have gotten a lot lower. most group views would normally be at least 25k and the individual talents views would normally surpass at least 10k and would normally be 20k-30k. (I noticed this last week as well) some of videos havent even reached 5k yet. are people not watching pentagon maker anymore?

The show is there to gain the group a fandom before debut but Cube is tearing it apart.... good job 

 

Anyway, apparently some members cried coz it's their last performance for Pentagon Maker so I'm guessing they will jump to proper debut preparations now and practice for their debut concert.

Well, you can't blame the fandom when they had videos where the members said themselves they want to debut as 10. Did that happen in those other shows? If they didn't have the members show their "desire" to be OT10, would fans have been as attached by the idea as they do now?

Depending on how and how much points they will be giving for later's batch of videos. Yeo One might be confirmed as a member too next week along with Hui. Next week is ep 10. The last episode should be the performances they recorded 2 days ago for ep 12. The good thing is that they know already which members are getting points from 2 days ago. They just need to supplement the needed dance points remaining for the other members and all the other points as well. Ep 11 will prob have jinho and Wooseok confirmed then the bottom 4 will follow suit in the last episode. Then it's a happy ending!

Wasn't that one of the questions he asked Wooseok a few episodes ago whenthey dew on his face whenever he got a question wrong?

 

Hongseok asked if he has double eyelids and Wooseok said yes then Hongseok said 'correct!'.
