Tips on not letting exam stress beat you?

I'm about to go into my exam season, and I've already been super stressed because I've had to hand in 4 essays this week, I have 6 exams coming up in the next month.

I haven't been eating properly, seeing anyone, sleeping. All I'm doing is stressing out?

What are your best tips for staying sane?

P.S - Cute pictures of Jiyong/Onew/UKwon are appreciated.

Skip the hard questions, do the easy ones first quickly. That's because usually, the hard questions get you and make you black out.

Once you get the rewarding feeling from the easy questions, the harder ones will come to you easier.

Also, shame that your post is sandwiched between Solbini's and FUFT's troll posts

Hmm...

Start eating and sleeping properly, a lack of either will stress your body out more!

Make sure you still get exercise ~

Treat yourself when you feel like you've done well.

You're stressed because you think it's too much and you won't be able to handle it. You can.

I suggest making a list. This way you will see exactly what you're confronting with. Write everything you have to do, then break it up in smaller tasks. It may seem like a lot at fist, but one you start doing it, you'll cross tasks off in no time.

Sleep well, especially the night before.

You just need to focus and hey, it's only for a month. The internet won't go anywhere while you take your exams.

Before exams:

- Plan your revisions right now. Divide your revision days by themes. You'll feel more relaxed.

- Don't spend your last free day revising. Go out and quietly relax. A well-prepared student is someone who feels ready at least 1 day BEFORE the exam, not someone who still needs to revise the night before. That's why planning is good.

During the exams:

- Answer questions in order, unless there's really no link between them, they usually follow some kind of progress in the analysis.

- Try not to skip a question. Always answer something (not something that sounds too stupid of course).

- Read your paper at least TWICE before you hand it: once to erase the grammar mistakes, once to check if your ideas are really understandable. Three times would be the best.
