lagomorph 950 Posted April 29, 2016 Share Posted April 29, 2016 I can't decide if I find it endearing or not that most of the dance could be illustrated in 8 bit. It feels really canned at times, but it feels like a reference to like a cartoon or something. They sacrificed a wider range of motion for synchronization but they're on point here. Momo stands out of course in a good way and Dahyun in a less good way, but by simplifying the choreo, they all look like they're on the same pretty good level. There are little quirky things and certain things they couldn't pull off if they weren't so synchronized. The dance break with everyone in unison actually turns out really nice and surprisingly impactful. I'm kinda glad they went for something that really worked with the music and that they could all execute flawlessly rather than trying to recreate Ooh Ahh's dance break which was Momo slaying and everyone struggling to keep up.
