Done jk i want an original piano run, like how CHSL has that one iconic beat sample high notes from Wendy, Campfire-level rap for Irene and Yeri. Joy and Seulgi has iconic solo parts like Seul's part in Happiness sth upbeat but mildly dark, but it's subtle so only ppl who really love them could notice (aka ICC) why am i talking like i have expectation from their next release while i know i'll eat up everything from Red Velvet since all of them r high quality and creative? I always want the song to show off their vocals more. The red title tracks haven't really done that. I need some vocal line harmonies like in their Immortal Song performance and Wendy needs to slay us with her vocals, something similar to Taeyeon's bridge in "Genie". That'll be good for summer, especially if they add their bright quirkiness to it. & have them dye all their hair different colors, blue, blonde, pink, green, etc. SM did say that the company will focus on ballads and edm this year, they already did ballad so maybe they'll try edm their next comeback?. Another idea is to have a sexy dark concept, basically like automatic concept but with an extremely upbeat song. All I know is that they have amazing concepts, so hope we get to see more of that. I would also like to see the seulgi or wendy have a rap part lol. Red : Harlem Quin concept + more upbeat + great choreo dance with baseball bat + baddass 2. Red : something like hot summer but the scenary near the beach + feminine outfit + great choreo + upbeat song 3. Velvet : something kinda like Alone from sistar 4. Velvet : something like Like A Cat from AOA.. or female fatale concept 5. Red : im want concept something like TARA-YAYAYA...but the mv is outside studio with upbeat song+great choreo.. its just my suggestion..sure sm will not hear my suggestion...meh or maybe sm had better concept that people never thought be... One concept I've wanted to see for a while is one like MIB but I'm not sure if that's for Red Velvet, but maybe if it's done right it could be really cool.. Then I want it to be a double title track so that the opposite would be a cute, whimsical concept Now, that both the Red and the Velvet are out the possibilities for next comeback's concept are endless..we know they can do bop, ballad, intense choreo like DD, cute like ICC, sexy yet classy Be Natural and Automatic, slow like OOTN..at this point I'm just super excited!!! statics 3,108 Posted April 27, 2016 Share Posted April 27, 2016 either of these tbh. a.) need to hear yeri and irene sing more but it's okay if they don't as long as they have more lines b.) a whimsical fantasy-like song. oooh they can recreate a wizard of oz music video!! c.) an iconic dance. doesn't have to be hard or flashy, it just has to look catchy (gee, glass bead, ooh ahh) d.) happiness lyrics or vibe tbh. something like happiness in general. e.) an mv with a storyline. and i don't want another aesthetically pleasing but plotless video like icc or 4walls (those are great but i've had enough from sm already). f.) seulgi to go blonde again or try rainbow colored. irene in brown hair like sm rookies days. joy in her red-ish/icc era hair. yeri to try gray hair tbh. wendy back to happiness styling.
