If they used the same that they did twice with seventeen, then seventeen would be in first place. It's just like EXO Exodus album last year with 10 versions but only counted as one. while in SEVENTEEN They are counted separately since their barcodes are not the same also the content of the album are also not the same so basically 1. While you can purchase TWICE's album colors separately, you can also purchase the CD at a lower cost but will get a random color. The Special Limited version with Chaeyoung's Cover, you will get the Cover Sleeve plus a random color. So I think that is the reason that the albums are being counted as 1.
