I'm guessing she's weight training but I do not have that option right now as I don't gym( I workout at home) but will squats help?? Also, I have an apple shaped body, so I have quite a big tummy and I really wanna lose fat in that area, it's so annoying I feel extremely unconscious about it. What exercises do you suggest?? suzya 727 Posted April 24, 2016 Share Posted April 24, 2016 Squats help to tone, but with your own body weight your thigh muscles won't really grow much at all. You need to do squats and leg exercises with resistance, aka weights, to have the muscle stressed and increase it's size. I don't know any other way to be honest. For losing stomach fat, definitely focus on your diet. What you eat is the most important on weight loss, exercise makes up for maybe 20% of it. Anyhow good luck! versace 9,204 Posted April 24, 2016 Share Posted April 24, 2016 for your thighs.. squats.. squats..good food..more leg workouts...more squats.. going to the gym will really help you develop thicker thighs faster.. but if you really cant.. you can try making your own weights at home using books etc.. for you belly problem.. it really depends on a good diet and you can try doing HIIT exercises at home or yoga Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
