Well, it didn't go well... I got catfished. I was pretty sure he was real because he gave his full name when we were chatting and I looked up the name on facebook and it checked out, so I didn't suspect anything. My mistake was I didn't ask to skype or for a selfie of him doing something unique to prove it's him. When I get there I see a guy with the same hair color and same skin tone, so I got out of my car and get to the coffee shop. When I go up to him I see a face that has a slight caveman look with some acne and oddly greased hair. I hate to sound mean, but that's what I got when I got there. He gave me a hug and I was just so confused. I didn't want to be rude so I stayed and chatted with him. I actually had a good conversation, but I couldn't get over the fact I got catfished and that I wasn't attracted to him. When I get home I go back to his facebook and look through the friends list. When I looked through the friends list guess who I see... THE CAVEMAN BOY!! Basically this guy is catfishing people with pictures of his very cute friend. Dude... never thought I'd get catfished. I'm done with dating I'm going back to my ex that I broke up with for being obnoxious I'll just go and be obnoxious with him. You should let him know that it wasn't cool at all. just make him aware because I wonder how many others he's doing that to. That's another thing I hate about dating sites/apps. Some people just aren't who they seem to be. Well I hope your ex takes you back and you guys are happy together. At least you have a memory to laugh about!
