It's a manga where this girl goes back to feudal japan and the rival of her love interest there is his ex-lover who looks exactly like her. So nope, not all the same person they just look similar.

i already have long list of kdramas and cdramas so going into anime world too...i'll be busy lol.yea,its kinda similar but maybe the difference is all 3(lead girl,lead guy,second girl)is the sme person? it would be tiring for that actor/actress and the filming team too haha
