TS Entertainment never giving out a Press Release about SECRET renewing? No comeback since 2014 after the scandal between Sunhwa and Hana broke? Hyosung stating the reason there hasn't been a comeback is because "they haven't found a good song" yet when she was asked to speak about the Sunhwa/Hana situation she stated it was a "misunderstanding" but Sunhwa went on Twitter and declared that statement from Hyosung to be false. So the "we haven't found a good song yet" excuse is also probably TS Entertainment trying to cover up the fact that Sunhwa is leaving and when SECRET does comeback, it'll be with Hyosung, Hana, and Song Jieun. Let's also not forget all the ladies (minus Jieun) recently appeared for a fashion show and Hana and Sunhwa looked very very awkward. Some people claim it could be Girl's Day Hyeri due to her exploding actress career but I very much doubt it seeing as Sunhwa probable once all the facts are laid out. So what do fellow OH'ers think? Can SECRET go on as three? What about Sunhwa fans? What do you guys think about this situation? Are you happy Sunhwa is leaving to pursue her dream? Should the members have worked out their differences. I don't know, these girls literally survived a car accident back in 2012, that should have made their bond even stronger seeing as they all survived through it. I mean if Sunhwa's dream is to be an actress, then I guess I'm happy for her, but I wish she would have solved the issues with Hana. I'm going to be honest, Sunhwa leaving isn't going to be a big blow for SECRET. She was considered the Visual of the group due to her model-like look but Hyosung has overshadowed her for a couple of years now. Song Jieun is in charge of the vocals, and Hana is the rapper and brings the FIRE to the beat. Sunhwa....had a good voice, but there was nothing special. We'll miss you though Sunhwa! In May of 2014, they debuted Hyosung with Goodnight Kiss. Then SECRET made a comeback in August of the same year with "I'm In Love" and they followed it up with Song Jieun's debut with "25" in October again, of the same year. After that, it's been a yearly comeback from Hyosung. They don't give a solo to Hana because they think she won't do well. Honestly, Secret has been on a major downfall even before their hiatus. And their company seems more focused on pushin Hyosung and Jieun as solos. Anyhow, Sunhwa is my favorite member, but Secret has been inactive for so long, so yeah I'll be sad if she leaves, but it won't affect me much tbh. But I can already tell that if it's true she's leaving, TS is gonna do some smear campaign and she's gonna receive a lot of crap for it. She's already hated enough by netizen for supposedly having the actress disease, but I don't see how anyone can really blame her. Secret has been a sinking ship ever since 2013, and she had to secure her future. Her acting gigs did well, so yeah, people should really cut her some slack.
