Starting career in idol industry at younger or older?

Older because they'd be more experienced and most likely better... But younger so they last a long time before getting lazy or going to the army...

For me if we're talking at a business standpoint, I'd start them young. They are better to control, manipulate and use. Look at Miley Cyrus, Britney Spears, Beyonce(Hey that's what business people do. Just telling it like it is.)

to be a trainee, i prefer 15. at least when the trainees enter high school, they are more mature and stronger enough. since training period isn't easy at all and it can affect people's life. im so against 11-12 year old kids being trainees. too young   they're supposed to go to school and enjoy their life. have no idea they become trainees for their own will or their parents' will.

to debut, 18-19, when they finally graduate from high school, so they won't abandon their education and of course they are ready, legal and mature enough.

 

WG' sunye is also against people being trainees at such a young age

 

at least for girls, they can still debut at the age of  21-22. well, alphabat's leader is 87' liner and he could debut. zinny debuted at the age of 26, honestly it isn't a big thing. yeah koreans and their age obsession.

Trainee at around 13-14, debut at 15-16 ranges and promote an "innocent" image and then mature image from 18 on.

Changmin is a strong character, has a high EQ, and can take care of himself really well. Not a lot of people are able to do that.
