Catchy hook line in English...pretty melody that you can sing along to. Not groundbreaking, but easy on the ears and nice to listen. If you are comparing 'Lies' to all the songs these days then I would say yes it is but 'Lies' wasn't a generic song back in 2007 as it is the only song with electronic sounds. Nevertheless, I still think it's a good song and definitely nostalgic for vips who supported them since their debut but I can't say the same for newer fans who started liking Big Bang later or those who tried to like Big Bang.
