I think keeping them behind bars for life is more rewarding and fulfilling than quick death. Living a life of hell in which they beg to die is the best form of justice.

im against it. i dont want to be put down myself when i kill them as revenge, because thats what i would do if a family member gets murdered or raped

We're kind of promoting that killing is okay. Also, if you kill the murderer, then they would have it the easy way. If you lock them up in a cell then they would rot there forever.

I don't really know if I'm for a death penalty but I wouldn't be against jailing them for life or something. I feel like karma and their own guilty conscience would get them as well though. Maybe I just don't understand the mind of a criminal or something but I wouldn't be able to sleep knowing that I've taken someone else's life.

I am far a death sentence as in lifetime in prison. Killing is not something i support.

I'm against the death penalty for both practical and moral reasons. It doesn't matter who was killed; if it did, I would be claiming my relatives' lives are worth more than other peoples'. I believe all people have the same inherent worth.

  I am nuetral toward this. On one hand I think that jail would be more humane so a person could try and learn from thier mistake and become a good person, however maybe the idea of death may deter people from doing certain crimes. If thier is a death penality, I think that it should be reserved for the lowest of the low and their has to be 100% proof that someone is guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt.

No, that's too easy of a way out. They should be forced into a cocentration camp - style prison where they're forced to do manual labour to pay for their own expenses until they die. They need to suffer to truly pay for the life they've taken and it's effects.

Yes it's twisted but so are the perpetrators crimes. Death by any form is too good for them. They won't suffer for their actions here on Earth, and killing another human being is the same thing these murderers do.

so not for the death penalty. keep them away from people because they're dangerous, but not as a form of justice.
