Do you prefer your friends to be younger, same age or older?

I know it depends of the personality, but in general, do you rather have younger, same age or older friends?

Who cares how old their friends are.. I don't understand? If you care about how OLD your friends are.. have a fun time making friends.

I don't really mind as long as we get along but I prefer it when they are the same age or older

People that are younger than me are usually in high school and they give headaches

I'd prefer them to be older, assuming that older = more mature. People my age aren't generally mature enough or interested in talking about things I like discussing, such as political and philosophical topics. Like I said, this is a generalization.

I prefer younger ones even tho most of my friends are older than me.

I don't really care about age, I just want people I'm at ease with (my older friends are as crazy as me so I'm excited when I'm with with them).

I don't have any preference in this matter but when I was growing up all my friends were same age or 2 years older.

 

Nowadays when I am in my 20s I have much wider range of friends when it comes to their age.

If I were to choose if I wanted to be the younger or older friend I'd like to be the younger.
