Brown gives her a more sweet, friendly girl next door vibe, while black gives her a more lethal, regal goddess like vibe.

 

So for me black, since I think it's more striking especially with how pale she is. Brown is more cute than striking on her.

tho I'm not familiar with her, that blonde + hairstyle does help her standout. she looks like she came right out from an anime so yes she can stay blonde forever even if it's damaging her hair badly
