Article: Kahi sobs "I felt the most bad for myself in After School"

Source: Newsen via Nate

"I was in charge of the members of After School. Because I was the leader, there was no one to look after me. I had to watch after all of the kids alone... When I think of how I was like then, I feel really bad for myself."

1. [+1,107, -55] It's because she voluntarily took the role of the bad guy and put them all in line that she was able to manage all those members and not end up like T-ara...

2. [+649, -107] I like this unni... She's like an unni next door who works really hard at everything she does.. just someone you hope will end up marrying a great man. But unnis like her end up falling in love with bad men ã… ã…  Kahi-ssi~ don't be like that. Make sure you make smart decisions~

3. [+435, -54] This unni looks so amazing on stage~ makes me want to diet all the time with her healthy body.. I even have her body as my cellphone background =_=...

4. [+41, -0] I thought After School debuted with a great concept and good songs... Kahi taught the members a lot of dances and controlled opinions within the group well. It's too bad that the members didn't know that she was leading them with good intentions... Instead, they all came out on TV complaining that she was too tough on them tsk tsk.. This is why the team isn't doing so well since Kahi and UEE left.

5. [+21, -0] A leader's position is always the hardest.

6. [+18, -2] There's a variety of ages in the group with a lot of members to boot.. but it's because she led them well that there never were any issues with hierarchy.

7. [+17, -2] It's because After School had Kahi that the group didn't end up like T-ara;;

Article: Kahi "I like that people are interested in my abs but it also makes me bitter, is there really nothing else to watch from my stage?"

Source: TV Daily via Nate

"I'll work really hard to prepare for a stage and finally perform it for broadcast... but 18~19 out of the 20 articles that go out about it are talking about my abs. Although I'm glad that they're interested in my abs, I wonder to myself if there's nothing else to watch from my stage but that."

1. [+159, -11] Honestly, she's really pretty, a great dancer, and talented as well.. but she doesn't have a particular charm that pulls in the attention of the public...

2. [+60, -10] It's because she got popular for her abs that people are only focusing on that. Let's be honest, she's not that great of a singer...

3. [+43, -4] After School and Kahi are performance-oriented singers.. not singers who win charts for their vocal talent.

Netizens seem to have this weird thing going on that if you're not able to break a window with a whistle note, you can't be deemed talented. lol.

I call bullshit at the 'charm' thing. It's probably because she's basically as old as time for a Korean idol.

It's true leaders have a lot of responsibility. Kind of pisses me off when people here say that leaders are useless when that isn't necessarily the case. Leaders are essential for groups, it's just that not everybody can be an effective one. Rather than choosing leaders by age, companies should look more into who can actual take control in unpleasant situations and make decisions that are good for the team. There are tough leaders and there are kind leaders, and it doesn't matter what kind they are as long as they do their jobs well.

Kahi doesn't have charm? :omgwtf: Do they know what they are talking about? When I see her dancing with After School it's only her I see there
