It's true leaders have a lot of responsibility. Kind of pisses me off when people here say that leaders are useless when that isn't necessarily the case. Leaders are essential for groups, it's just that not everybody can be an effective one. Rather than choosing leaders by age, companies should look more into who can actual take control in unpleasant situations and make decisions that are good for the team. There are tough leaders and there are kind leaders, and it doesn't matter what kind they are as long as they do their jobs well.

I wasn't aware that the remaining members threw her under the bus on national Korean television for her strictness as a leader. How disheartening. If anything, she deserves more praise.

The graduation system is stupid, switching members all the time won't get AS to become a top group in Korea. Kahi was the glue that held AS together for a long time, I'm curious to see how they handle themselves from here on out though First Love was actually pretty damn good.
