What mobile device can I choose from when focusing on high-spec RPGs?

Hello guys! I'm planning to buy a new mobile phone so I have something to play with my casual addicting mobile game, Game of Dice.

 

I hope you can give me options on what is the best mobile device(both for android and ios) to buy so I can play high-spec RPGs that are also found on new gen console smoothly. Thanks!

LG G5 or Galaxy S7 I guess cuz they have the latest Snapdragon 820 and I'm not what you mean by 'new gen consoles' RPGs cuz mobile has none unless you count remote play

A really powerful laptop, perhaps. No phone can run a next-gen console game, so much should be obvious.

The only 'mobile' devices that have ports of current gen console games are handheld consoles like 3DS and PS Vita. But even these receive down ports, and aren't running at the same specs as on home consoles.

Well the S7 is one of the better ones for gaming as it doesn't show any overheating issues in that terms of aspect along with the s7 edge...  Or if you want to get the NVIDIA Shield Tablet that might be more up your taste. 

 

Some games need to be optimized for Andriod and so far most are still 2 years verison of the thing so as long as you have somethiing like Lollipop it should work. 

Ios has more for RPG's though so Iphone 6s+ or wait for the 7+ for a bigger device.

So two voted for S7 so far for android. And for iOS, iphone 6s. I guess I could wait for the 7+ since money isn't a problem for me and I really want a latest mobile device. I'll just be playing Game of Dice in the mean time.

for any real RPG you need a (3)DS or A Vita. No mobile phone with app can offer any kind of the same experience.

 

Also RPG's are usually the least demanding in terms of graphical fidelity, a lot of handheld ones are 2d sprite based.

What I meant is what like Link said here. In which there are certain rpgs like on 3ds and vita that can be playable on mobile as well. I really wanna buy a mobile phone instead of 3DS and Vita cause I'm already focus on PlayStation console. And badly need a new mobile phone as well.
