Would you still have the baby if you knew he/she was going to born with a life-long disease or disability?

Most likely abortion. You have to consider the physical and emotional wellbeing of everyone involved, the baby, the parents/family etc. If it was a really bad disease would you be prepared to shift your whole life around the care of the child? Would you have the mental stamina to be able to deal with it for the rest of your life? I couldn't.

I would just nonchalantly throw myself down the stairs

I kid....I kid it depends like totally fucked up like it won't live very long and will in pain then yes

but autism or down syndrome or something like than keep, but I am not here for fucking up my body with some baby

so ideally adopt or marry an older (rich) guy who already has kids so I can be bitchy step-mom

Yes because sometimes the baby doesn't actually have that disease or disability. Nothing is for certain and I don't want to take the risk of taking the life of a perfectly healthy baby. Plus, every baby is a miracle, regardless of health. I wouldn't want to deprive them of their choice to live because some people are perfectly fine with living with their disabilities. Not everyone sees it as "suffering".
