I was checking to see if there's any news and found out it's Chaehee's Birthday!

 

 

 

Other than that, the first official OT5 group photo is on their fancafe, but it's a background image. Even checking the source, I can never find images that are in the background.

 

Edit: They finally posted a video on their YouTube channel. It's only 30 sec., but it's something. Judging by their clothes, it must have been when they were taking the OT5 pics. They're singing something. Could this be their song?

Wow lucky my old bookmark still worked. Interesting developments here.

 

I'm just hoping something comes of this. They were supposed to have a comeback last year. I guess after Gyeo left, they must have decided it was better to change the name and re-debut than continue under Sol-T.

 

GBB went somewhere together. I don't know what this event was for.

I think this is the closest we're going to get to a professional Group Shot. I pulled a similar pic that's much higher quality off their Facebook account and added it to the OP.

 

 

 

They were at the Winter Paralympics on the 12th which was broadcasted on Naver TV and STN Sports Channel. Seems like they keep going to athletic related events.

I also found the Twitter Account of a Polish GBB fan. They post regular updates of all the member's IGs. They might be on top of it when a debut date is announced.

Now that they announced a date for their debut, I've been getting better search results. I was checking their Facebook (I think it's the official one) and they've might have changed the meaning behind GBB. Smart move since GawiBawiBo has issues when doing searches. They were pretty much going by GBB, but this gives them more of an identity.

 

 

​However, they also have this pic which still uses the old meaning. Maybe the name will have a dual meaning?

You're welcome  Allot of Users have been having the same issue. I think the problem is that when a thread isn't updated for a while, you automatically unfollow it for some reason. It's a known issue that the Mods are still working on.

 

Yeah, I liked Chemi too, but this group feels like a work in progress, so Probeat must still be tweaking things here and there before they debut. GBB meaning "Girls Be the Best" is another possible change I'm curious about.

 

I hope we get more videos or even a Teaser before the 1st. I'll understand if we don't get one since they're from a small company.

BTW I keep seeing articles on Naver saying that LOUD-ers is debuting a new girl group and the pic and everything about it is about GBB so maybe they changed from ProBeat or ProBeat and LOUD-ers fused together? or are just doing stuff together?

 

 

After reading your post, I did some searching and every International blog is saying the same thing, that they're debuting under Loud-ers. No idea what happened with ProBeat. I did another quick search and it looks like they might have a connection with Fantagio. One of Loud-ers's Trainees was Lee Seo Jeong, aka Sei from Weki Meki. I looked at Fantagio's Wikipedia page, but Loud-ers isn't listed as a subsidiary.

 

I was doing some random searching and two channels uploaded a bunch of videos from GBB's Jan. Showcase last month. I completely missed this. I wonder why it took 2 months to upload them? Here's a sample. There's more on their channels. They're all member focused, but at least we get to see the perfs.

A few of their Insta Lives have been posted on YouTube. This is a recent one of Cheris, Doori, and Jini in what is probably their practice space (Sounds like they're Pristin fans). What's interesting is that you can see the ProBeat logo above the door. Maybe one company is managing them while the other is handling distribution.

We got a Teaser. I thought they would go really Pop with the Single and I was right. I don't know what they're doing with the MV. It's like they tried to throw a little bit of everything into it, lol. Not to mention that they're using "Chemi" in the MV, but the album is called "Kemi" 

 

 

They have a YouTube Channel, but they're not using it for some reason. The Teaser was uploaded on the Channel of the company that did choreography. It was uploaded on GBB's IG too.

So it's actually a Maxi Single instead of a Mini Album. Disappointing that there's only one new song. If they were going to re-record Sol-T's songs, then why change the name of the group? Curve Ball and Bad Girls don't even fit with the concept for GBB. This whole thing gets stranger and stranger. I guess we have to wait a bit for the MV.

The MV came out, but the audio doesn't sound right. I don't know how to describe it, but it's sounds like it's turned up too high and the vocals are a bit distorted, like the levels are in the red. The MV looks cheap, but it's a start.

 

 

On a positive note, GBB made their 2nd appearance on a Music Show yesterday. Sol-T never promoted Curve Ball and only performed Bad Girls once on a Music Show, so this a step in the right direction.

I was attempting to post some updates early this morning when the Mods put us on time out (>.<) Anyway, I wish the base was thumping like this in the studio version.

I saw this story on Soompi. Doori was involved in a minor Car accident on the morning of May 2nd. She was taking a Taxi to get her hair done when it happened. Luckily she only had some bruises, otherwise she wouldn't have been able to appear on Show Champion later that evening. Why are so many Idols involved in Car accidents in South Korea?

Glad we have something with Eng subs! It must be weird for Chaehee to go back on this show with different members. I should add it to the OP.

 

I'm posting this just because it's the best version I've found. I'm sure they give out some the same info that they do in the Pops in Seoul vid.

 

 

​In addition, GBB has a new IG account (This explains why I was wasn't seeing updates). I saw a tweet that makes me think the original one may have gotten hacked.

They're still promoting. A few recent perfs. Chaehee's really slaying her Center parts now.

 

 

​Sona's performing Bad Girls with them now. Maybe she hadn't learned the choreo yet when they debuted, so they left her out until recently. This perf is a little weird. Cheris has been doing Gyeo's part, but here, Jini's doing it.

It's sad that Sol-T was pretty much DOA. They debuted at the worst time for Girl Crush concepts. They only had one music show perf the entire time they were active. I give credit to Chaehee for hanging in there through all the changes.

 

They're actually uploading stuff to their YouTube channel. Just short clips, but at least they remembered they have it.
