Elsa and Rapunzel are sister theory

Rapunzel was born a single child and taken by the witch because her father stole rapunzel for her mother from the witche'garden

Unelse her parents had another child, I doubt it

Could be twins, though. The witch only saw one kid with glowing hair and didn't notice the other one (probably in a separate crib) and took the baby. Once they found this out they could have sent their other daughter to another neighboring country, most likely one of the parent's sibling, and had her hide there. Elsa's dad wasn't sure if Elsa was born or cursed with magic when he was asked by the troll. These two things stood out to me the most.

I was going by Disney. I have another theory on Rapunzel's witch and Beauty and the Beast Witch/Enchantress. They're the same person and they uses flowers for magic.
