I was waiting for someone to post gifs from episode 6. I replayed the part after the birthday cake like 10 times just because of the two of them.

I think Taeten is the most popular ship and probably Dojae for Jaehyun.

I ship both Taeten and Jaeyong but I lean more towards Jaeyong because I like ships where the members aren't just good friends but are really close to each other. Ten and Taeyong are friends, but they're not as close as Jaehyun and Taeyong which makes me ship Jaeyong more. This is why I can never ship my biases with any random good looking person, lol.

I think Taeten may be the most popular ship internationally bc of Ten, particularly from the Thai fans (there's a good number of Taeten fics in Thai), but Jaeyong and Dojae are the most popular among Korean fans. 

I love Taeten too, but it feels like a lot of their interactions come from Ten. With Jaeyong, bc they're the closest, both equally initiate interactions with each other, making me ship them more.

It's interesting that Taeyong is the most touchy with Jaehyun and initiates interactions with him the most, when apparently, Jaehyun may not even be his closest member? I heard it's Yuta (?).

I love Jaeyong as much as they love each other but sadly this ship has so many haters in the form of pathetic fans of other members who ship their bias with Taeyong and jealous of Jaeyong being the literal one true pair of nct

Yeah, I've already noticed a couple of them, including some Taeten and Dojae shippers. But I believe the number of haters is very little, for now. It's just a case of inferiority complex.

I'm not sure if anyone is interested in fanfictions, but I am currently writing a monarchy AU JaeYong centric fanfiction u w u~ It's slow and complicated, not just about the romance. If someone likes this kind of medieval-ish/set in old-ish time kinda thing then go ahead ^^ if you can, write a comment on it!

I'M INTERESTED. I was googling Jaeyong fanfics today and couldn't find even one TT, at least not in English.

International fans are so uninterested in this ship. Sorry, I won't be able to comment because, for some reason, I can't seem to register on AFF. They keep telling me my username is not recognised.

Taeyong is always the one comforting Taeil and giving him the spotlight and attention when necessary, I think they're close enough, to me. I don't believe that, just bc two people don't interact much means they aren't close. I mean, look at Taeyong and Yuta. They're known as BFFs, but they barely have as much interactions as Jaeyong on-screen.

I was watching some FMVs and I realised that Taeyong really initiates like 90% of the contact between them. For someone who doesn't make much contact with people, it really shows how much he cherishes Jaehyun. He practically clings to him sometimes.

whereas jaehyun just goes along with it and u can tell from their very first interactions that he doesnt mind taeyong's skinship to him at all, and at this point, he reacts to it like it's something very habitual between them. very curious to know how it all started though
