My name is Minh (also since people like clarification, I am a guy :P), I'm 20 years old and I specialize mostly in ballpoint pen portraits, though I try to break that habit sometimes..! I always end up going back because ballpoint pen is just such a comfortable medium for me. I started drawing again a little over a year ago after taking a hiatus during high school to focus on photography. I'll try and keep this thread organized and of course any and all feedback is greatly welcome!Latest piece (November 2013):I was bored and hadn't drawn something for two months so I decided to do a quick one of Emma Watson (relatively quick, I guess, since it still took around seven hours x__x.)(2012) This was the piece that got me back into drawing, back in August of 2012! :D Then, more followed once I got the hang of drawing with a pen..! I drew and sent this to Dara for her birthday last year. I hope she liked it! :3 I drew this for my ex-girlfriend for our two year anniversary, haha. -o-(2013)Started off the new year with another portrait of Dara! It was a quick one, hence the very harsh cross hatching! (This one has a video: http://bit.ly/1hEBFLv) :D This is my mom with my baby sister, who just turned 1 year old as of last week! <3This was probably the first drawing I put in over 15 hours worth of work for, it's CL for Bazaar! n_nIron Man to celebrate the third movie's release!This took me over 20 hours of work.. it came out of a new-found obsession over Game of Thrones. (The whole background is filled in with pen, too!)This is me finding and falling in love with a new ultimate bias. n_n <3 I'll update later with some other stuff that isn't just ballpoint pen portraits.. thanks for viewing!
