loeyeol 3,808 Posted April 5, 2016 Share Posted April 5, 2016 my school offers 13 languages (not counting in english since english is the 1st lang in sg): mandarin, korean, jap, french, german, spanish, hindi, tamil, thai, malay, bahasa indo, arabic, vietnamese~ and i'm taking korean currently. We had to take at least two years of one, so I picked Spanish because they said it was easier and more used in the US. Originally, I'd planned to take Spanish all four years, but after the second year where our teacher went on maternity leave, we were given a sub who didn't know Spanish, and as a result of that almost everyone in my class failed the exam...
