'She'll sound just like her': Rebel Wilson rumoured to play pop sensation Adele in new biopic after revealing she sometimes gets mistaken for the singer.

 

She previously revealed that she often gets mistaken for singing sensation Adele.

 

And it just may be that Rebel Wilson is about to take her similarities with the British songstress to a whole new level.

 

The Daily Star has reported that the 36-year-old Australian comedienne is gearing up to play the 27-year-old pop sensation in a

 

forthcoming biopic, with a source telling the publication: 'She'll sound just like her in the movie.'

 

'Rebel has always wanted to prove she can cut it as a serious actress,' a source reportedly told the publication.

 

The insider also claims: 'Rebel can't match Adele's vocal talents but she can certainly sing. And, with a little technical wizardry, she'll sound just like her in the movie.'

 

According to the source, the Pitch Perfect star is also desperately hoping to get Adele's blessing for the role.

Are people actually saying they can see Rebel playing Adele?! The only resemblance they have is that they're larger than normal, other than that they look completely different and sound completely different.
