well yeunjung did go against the avenger's team so that was an amazing feat itself. plus

chanmi messing up only emphasized her high note even more.

 

it was still the first mission and there were like 20 performances so i guess people didn't

remember it as much? there were a lot of people back then and i didn't really remember

all of it myself.

 

for kang sira, it was the second mission so there were a lot less members left which

means also a smaller number of teams which makes each performance more memorable.

 

its a shame she didn't get the full recognition she deserved though, she's definitely

a talented allrounder. aaa i miss her,,

this was pretty early on in the competition right? That might be why. Or is it the same episode as ITNW? If it is, it's because ITNW took the limelight. it was a good note but not flawless. I don't know why Siyeon never caught on though. She is GORGEOUS and multi talented. Can't wait for her to debut!

Perhaps it's because her mannerisms in that particular video are a bit distracting/awkward in that video... at least for me anyway.

Personally I didn't think it sounded good. I prefer Siyeon's lower register like in Yum Yum. But as to why it's not viral, I think it was partly due to the song choice. Yeonjung and Sira's notes were more emotional.

It's nowhere near as impressive as Sira or Yeunjung's. 

 

Plus her edit was pretty poor. She was made to look immature throughout her whole run. 

 

Also I hate how we got like zero interaction with her and Kahi.

Tbh I started voting for her after hearing her there, especially knowing she is a rapper in Pledis (though, she's trained so long she's probably an all arounder). She was pretty, a trained rapper, and she can hit them notes/pretty voice.

 

Though I was impressed by the high note, it wasn't perfect like Sira's or Yeunjung's. The transition to the highest note wasn't completely smooth, and there was a hint of graininess to her voice at some parts, so it wasn't sang entirely crystal clear voice (though very, very close). She also didn't finish the entire line like the original singer did, as in, she stopped (most likely to breathe) before doing final woah wo~~ah.

Park Minji was so amazing. I'm pretty sure she became well known after her performance for "Break it", but mnet showed it way too late in episode 4 for Minji to survive the elimination

no one ruined anyone's image. it was simply a play on mnet's evil editing along

with fans taking the situation the wrong way and creating a tiny controversy over it.

 

what she did made sense though, you don't have a lot of practice time w/ the 

trainers so don't waste time by crying. fans took that as her being "emotionless." 

 

even though she's one of the younger trainees, the fact that she's trained for 7-8 

years already saddens me when she got eliminated :c
