Would an addition of an Annual Kpop Talent Award be a viable thing in Korea?

So besides Artist of the year, Rookies of the year, Album of the year, Dance of the year awards etc... Would an award show exclusive to talent be a viable thing in S.Korea? 

 

Or would it be just another fan war?

 

e.g

• Best vocal performance of the year
• Best dancer(note: singular) of the year
• Best live stage performance
