I miss at how he is used to smile and joke around. I hope they are going somewhere with his character because at this point, it's getting annoying. It's breaking the flow isn't it obvious he was crying because he was happy to hear "you looked like a real doctor" from the very patient he abandoned, the patient who asked him "are you a real doctor?" 3. Shi Jin Dae Yung btw Onew crying scenes are srly bad and annoying to watch. he makes so much effort to cry..this looks so unnaturally and his character is so useless. He already shaken up by wrong tag situation and he can't see someone else die before him again. He is this happy city doctor that cope up with things he never imagine, simulation and real things just doesn't has the same meaning.
