He will be happy congratulating Seonho, anxious while waiting for his name to be called, expectant by the time top 4 will be revealed, disappointed, then rumors said he cried, then he has to do a speech in Korean while going through that emotional roller coaster ride. It's too much for a 15 yo... I really hope it's not true. If he's really #20, makes me think they cut the elimination at that rank just so they can milk this drama and use Guanlin for their agenda.

If it's true GL is 20, Yongguk and Hyunbin 21/22 then it is pretty much the case. Cuz the spoiler that revealed these ranks also said about how the list went from 18->22->20 and they cut at 20 cuz they can milk drama from rank 2->20 of GL. Ofc just consider it when the rank is true.

They just want drama and more people to watch the show. That's why nothing comfirm, you have to watch the show to find out shit come from.

It's all about rating in the end. Mnet won't even manage the group later.

why hate? He will got alllll the pity from Knetz there's alr article on PANN of how fans become sleepless of that terrific spoiler=)). If he alr ranked that low the drama will benefit his voting in final round. But being put under the spotlight at his most vulnerable self will severely hurt him, it's very painful.

I think either Mnet shares profit or YMC had to do something to make the most profit lineup. People call Guanlin useless but he's one of the most important (profit from China fans).

From business perspective, the lineup must include Daniel, Jihoon, Guanlin, Samuel. Ifans usually just talk but rarely buy albums. However, Cfans have lots of money, they can bulk buying, go to concerts (is the China ban lifted yet?).

If I'm about to manage this group, I will make sure to negotiate with Mnet.

Position evaluation : Daehwi, Sewoon (PWF), Sungwoon, Jaehwan (Downpour), Joo Jinwoo, Yongguk (If its you), Daniel, P Woojin (Get Ugly), Donghan, Taedong (Shape of you), Woo Jinyoung, Euiwoong, Sanggyun ( basically all team lol) Guanlin (fear)

A2 for me, it's Ong and Daniel. I always have positive vibe from them, and they both are my type lol and they charismatic on stage too, so I will look forward for them 

 

Q3 Who're the trainee that you used to hate/neutral but come to like it now?

 

A3 Ahn Hyungseob and Yoo Seonho for me. At first I didnt like Hyungseob because he looks overreacted for me and looking for attention (sorry Hyungseob fans   ) and for Seonho because he didnt ready to debut yet and he lack of skill. But I've become to like them because they worked hard and they both didnt cry, especially Hyungseob I loved how he seemed more mature now. before I didnt want to accept if he makes into final group but right now I'm rooting for him to be at the final group. They both works hard, like what Youngmin said "dont say you have work hard, you have to make people see that youre working hard by looking at ur performance" and I see those words in Seonho and Hyungseob. lol even right now when I see Hyungseob he makes me feel the same feel when I see Daniel, Ong, Youngmin or Sewoon even if he's waaaay younger than me . Especially this scene below

Me too. Like I've said, mnet as a whole never held favoritism towards any particular trainee to push them, because nation's votes and popularity would ultimately mean sizable market and that's more important anyway. Saying 'nothing is confirmed' is a very normal, generalised statement, but this season every little thing have been blown out of proportions so.

 

Mnet already raking in all the advertisements and subscription fees, heck yeah.

The only share of profit that could come is actually kcon ticket sales, mama ticket sales and any other concerts mnet runs. That, and the advertisement fees they get when they air the boys' own TV program like last year's Standby IOI. Also the distribution copyrights if they were to sell the broadcast rights to channels in other countries.

 

So to be honest, there's no need for mnet to be concerned about who makes it in. At the end of the day, these top 20 people are the top 20 most popular voted in by nation's producers, there's already a sizable market.
