I understand it's easy to get lost in public figures when you're in a very disturbed or bad place mentally but including anybody, even a celebrity who may not see these tweets, in something like this is extremely manipulative and depraved. Who knows what she'd do if she *gasp* found out he'd actually dated someone? Or that many idols are dating or have dated before. You can tell she's likely depressed on top of being obsessed with him. With that being said, she does not have my sympathy - "fans" like this are wasting their time and hurting nobody but themselves.
