How can I make the bloating go away? thanks x I think the number one thing you need to try to do is not beat yourself up about it. Make sure to drink plenty of water and keep up with any exercise routine you have been doing. Definitely DO NOT starve yourself today to make up for yesterday but do try to make healthier choices.
