Well, I kinda don't...but do you want to lose the weight you gained or do you want to feel better from the binge eating? Try tea, walking around(swear it helps get the bloated, heavy feeling off a bit), maybe get a hot compress?

Atm I just wanna get rid of the bloating, so I'll try what you suggested. thanks :)

I binged yesterday and I ate so much food and I actually feel sick.

What do I do? How do you guys get back on track with diet and exercise after binging? How can I make the bloating go away?

 I think the number one thing you need to try to do is not beat yourself up about it. Make sure to drink plenty of water and keep up with any exercise routine you have been doing. Definitely DO NOT starve yourself today to make up for yesterday but do try to make healthier choices.
