Sometime the Korean legal system make me very confused.

 

Drug uses get a couple years sentence, but same with rape and murder. 

 

Involuntary murders are still murders, and that would get you 25 years in the States.

Not too sure about that, there was a case in Toronto where a woman ran over an old lady crossing the street and got a $250 fine I believe. Theres also tons of sexual assault cases where the perpetrator gets only a few years, Canada has some pretty lenient sentencings as well.
